TOT registration forms will go home Friday September 16, 2011. This is a new program to St. Jude Extension that your children will love. TOT is a weekly class focusing on your child’s individual basketball skills. This exciting program is set to choreographed music and allows each child to handle a mini basketball 100% of the time.

Registration cost is $35 per child. This fee includes a TOT shirt and 5 additional gifts to be handed out through the school year. December marks an exciting time for the TOTs, as they will participate in an LSU half-time show! Another fun function is the Shine Time Celebration held at the end of each year where your child will receive a trophy.

TOT classes will be held each Tuesday at 4pm. First class is set for 9/20 at 4pm. Please send registration on Monday September 19th in order to participate in this fantastic program!

To register:
1. Print registration and emergency forms and complete
2. Write $35 nonrefundable registration fee to SJS EXTENSION. Place childs names in the memo section of your check. This fee must be written on a separate check from any other school dues.
3. Return Registration form, Emergency sheet and registration fee to St. Jude to the attn of Mrs. Williams. All paperwork is due to the office no later than August 1, 2011 in order to be accepted for the 2011-2012 school year.

Program Overview
St. Jude the Apostle School offers an Extended Care Program before and after school. The extension program is open for students in pre-kindergarten through sixth grade. Students in 7th and 8th grades are eligible only if a younger student sibling is enrolled.

Morning extended care begins at 7 a.m. with breakfast being served at 7:30 am. Clean up after breakfast begins at 7:50am so, please bring children that need breakfast before that time.

The afternoon program starts immediately after the school day ends with a snack provided at 3:30 pm. (Note: Breakfast and snack schedules can be obtained from the cafeteria upon request.)

Fees
A non-refundable registration fee of $35 per child is due at the time of application. Applications are due no later than August 1, 2011 in order to be considered for the 2011-2012 school year. Extension fees are due on the 10th of every month. A late fee of $25 will be assessed after the 10th (with the exception of August).

Fees for the 2010-2011 school year are as follows:

-Plan A: Before School Only (7-8 a.m.) $720 (annual) / $80 (monthly)
-Plan B: After School Only (3:30-4:30 p.m.) $720 (annual) / $80 (monthly)
-Plan C: After School Only (3:30-5:30 p.m.) $945 (annual) / $105 (monthly)
-Plan D: Before & After School (7-8 a.m. & 3:30-4:30 p.m.) $990 (annual) / $110 (monthly)
-Plan E: Before & After School (7-8 a.m. & 3:30-5:30 p.m.) $1,350 (annual) / $150 (monthly)
