I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer vacation. Please keep our beautiful Gulf Coast in your prayers as we continue to face the challenges the oil spill in the Gulf continues to present each day. May God provide wisdom for the scientists, businessmen, and political leaders who are working to solve the problems this disaster has brought our state. |

School Masses will be on MONDAY this year.
Don't forget that the Student Handbook is online. Refer to it if you have any questions about policy and procedures, especially uniform regulations. |

Literature - 6th grade
Summer Reading guidelines are posted on the school website. Click on the school supplist lists and from there look for the information on Summer Reading.
Please read the guidelines carefully and take the time to review ALL the information provided. I think there is a book choice for everyone!

Don't forget...there is vocabulary homework every week night. The schedule for these assignments can be found in the front of your child's vocabulary workbook.
Any additonal Core Knowledge words will be added to your child's vocabulary book when we start a new unit. |
