Application Day
Parents with children applying to SJS for the first time (including children who are siblings of current SJS students) are invited to complete an application form. Applications will be accepted in the library of St. Jude School on Tuesday, Feb. 2 from 9am-11am. Copies of the following items must be turned in on this day: birth certificate, baptismal certificate, current immunization record, social security card, and, if applicable, the most current academic grades (including standardized test scores). Additionally, a $20 application fee is required.

Admissions Policy
The schools of the Diocese of Baton Rouge admit students without regard to sex, race, color, national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges and activities generally accorded or available to students at its schools. They do not discriminate on the basis of policies, scholarship or loan programs, admission policies or other school-administered programs. All students are admitted to school with the understanding and the condition that they will be able to meet the rigors and requirements of school life. A child's physical, mental or emotional condition will be considered in the admissions decision if it is thought to impact the effectiveness of teaching personnel. |
